JOB DESCRIPTION: | Primary Purpose:
- Provide support and develop graphics and resources for web-based assessment applications. Assist the help desk and districts on product questions. Support the activities, purposes, and marketing for the Data Solutions team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: | Education/Certifications
- High School diploma
- Technical degree (preferred but not required)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Familiarity with HTML (preferred but not required)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | Responsibilities and Duties Common to all Region 10 ESC Employees:
- Ability to work on and enhance a team

- Maintain punctuality in daily work times, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain a positive, customer friendly, and professional tone in all communication (i.e. email, written, and verbal)

- Display proficient levels of technology applications and remain current in the area of digital integration
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by Region 10 Leadership
- Prepare and organize resources, train, and collaborate with Region 10 personnel
- Exhibit initiative in identifying problems and suggesting solutions in a positive manner
- Exhibit good judgement and decision making
- Keep supervisor informed of program and district needs
- Maintain up-to-date entries in Region 10 databases and accurate records for tracking and invoicing
- Adhere to Center procedures, guidelines, and policies
Specific Responsibilities and Duties for the Assessment Designer
- Create and modify graphics (mainly for an assessment item bank)
- Create and modify marketing resources
- Ensure quality of items entered into TEKSbank and other item banks
- Collaborate with consultants to align K-12 content to graphics
- Work with help desk answering questions from districts on Eduphoria and Edugence
- All other duties assigned
Equipment Used:
- Windows or Mac Computer, Adobe Creative Suite applications, Google Applications, and other tools as appropriate.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: |
- Experience creating and editing graphics
- Experience with Web Development Applications
- Experience working with spreadsheets for tracking development
|
