POSITION:  CCMR Success Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Primary Purpose:

  • The CCMR Success Coordinator will actively work with school administrators and campus staff to implement best practices for student success in Career, College, and Military Readiness, specifically leveraging Region 10’s CCMR Insights software. This includes implementing model rollout plans with routine follow-up to encourage follow-through on action plans, high-quality data management, and proper function of the software.   They will also help advocate for the broader adoption of CCMR Insights and marketing to LEAs and the development of training and marketing materials. 
  • The CCMR Success Coordinator will also be responsible for the business logic and feature set of the CCMR Insights software.   They will work proactively with the CCMR staff at the participating LEAs to collect feedback for continuous enhancement to the software and implementation practices, then work collaboratively with the software development team to enhance the solution.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required, preferably in education or a related field
  • Master’s or higher degree preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, technical subject matter experts, ESC service owners, and school district representatives
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • High proficiency with data management software tools, including student information systems, data analysis tools, and assessment systems
  • High proficiency with G Suite and/or Microsoft Office productivity applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Bilingual preferred but not required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Specific Responsibilities and Duties for the CCMR Success Coordinator: 

Stakeholder Training Support

  • Create and deliver training materials for different types of stakeholders, particularly campus and district leaders
  • Create training manuals, onboarding documents, videos, and resources for CCMR Insights implementation
  • Schedule and create training sessions based on the needs of our stakeholders and just-in-time training as needed
  • Collect continuous feedback from stakeholders to formulate and prioritize program modifications as well as assess the impact of CCMR Insights training and supports
  • Provide ongoing coaching to districts and campuses to build capacity in campus leaders and ensure continuous improvement tools are leveraged to guide improvement efforts 

Program Logistics & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage the rollout of CCMR Insights to participating districts and charter and provide ongoing support
  • Review and recommend updates to CCMR Insights marketing materials and website using stakeholder feedback
  • Assist in coordinating events, summer programming, and training & development activities that will support strategic CCMR/Postsecondary planning
  • Learn and gain high proficiency in leveraging continuous improvement tools to support stakeholders
  • Collect and use continuous improvement feedback to make improvements to the CCMR Insights tool and related programs, supports, and resources
  • Collect and use data effectively to inform the work and to ensure that student gaps are closing (focus on equity and helping districts access equity-focused data)
  • Engage in district and campus touch points to ensure open communications with our partners and to create/strengthen trusting relationships at the campus and district levels
  • Engage with the internal Teaching & Learning CCMR, CTE, and Accountability teams so that the tools and training supports are complementary and work in the best interest of our local education agencies
  • Engage with the Performance Reporting and CCMR Accountability teams at the Texas Education Agency to strengthen the ties between our leading indicators and the official (trailing) CCMR metrics so that the tools are complementary and work in the best interest of our stakeholders
  • Provide backup administrative support for the Chief Technology Officer as needed
  • Raise Awareness of the CCMR Insights Data Tool
  • Be a community face for Region 10 Education Service Center, Region 10, and the CCMR Insights Tool
  • Provide ongoing support such as webinars and information sessions to districts and follow up on any district inquiries
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  
  • Two to four years of related work experience preferred
  • Experience working as a district/charter CCMR lead, counselor, or campus administrator preferred
  • Experience in creating and implementing professional development
  • Experience in data analysis and data-informed strategic planning
